Pure Access Engine, Built for Integration

WACS is Hundure’s next-gen access platform: a clean access core with full REST APIs for integration-led delivery.

We focus on getting people, devices, permissions, and events right, so your applications, systems, and connected devices can plug in easily.

WACS Highlights

Three principles make WACS a reliable access engine: a clean core, easy integration, and clear boundaries.

Pure Access Core

Focused on the access core—without bundling workflow suites.

Integration-first APIs

Full REST APIs for standard integration with apps, platforms, and devices.

Clear System Boundary

Partners keep differentiation while WACS stays focused as the access engine.

Core Model: People, Credentials, Devices, Permissions, Policies, Events

WACS uses a clear data model that scales across sites and project sizes. External systems can create people and credentials, assign device permissions, and retrieve access events via API.

People

Manage people and org structure (departments/groups) as the basis for authorization and auditing.

Credentials

Manage credentials (card, PIN, QR, mobile) and bind them to people for identification.

Devices

Manage controllers, doors, and device groups/zones to define controllable access scope.

Permissions

Define authorization relationships: who can access which doors (who ↔ where).

Rules

Define when and under what conditions access is valid (schedules, holidays, exceptions).

Events

Log access outcomes and reasons for queries, audits, and external automation.

Open the access core with REST APIs

WACS exposes APIs such as Login, Person, Card, Device, DeviceAuth, and EventRecord so external systems can create identities/credentials, assign permissions, apply policies, and consume events.

  • Login / Refresh Token
  • Person / Department / Group
  • Card (PIN/QR/Mobile)
  • Device / DeviceGroup
  • DeviceAuth (permissions)
  • EventRecord / CardRecord (events)

How It Works

WACS standardizes the access core so external applications, systems, and devices can connect in a consistent way.
From creating people and credentials to applying permissions and rules, then returning access events, the workflow becomes easier to integrate, deliver, and replicate.

1

Create People and Credentials

External systems can use APIs to create people records and bind access credentials such as cards, PINs, QR codes, or mobile credentials.

2

Assign Permissions and Rules

Systems can assign people to specific doors or device groups and apply schedules, holiday settings, and exception rules to define when access is valid.

3

Make Access Decisions

When a user taps a card, presents a credential, or scans a code, WACS evaluates permissions and rules, then triggers the corresponding access action.

4

Return Events to External Systems

Access outcomes and event records can be retrieved by external systems for status updates, audit trails, notifications, or other integrated workflows.

WACS stays focused on the access core, so your applications and systems can plug in more easily.

Designed for four partner types

Distributor / Reseller

Package WACS as the access core with Hundure hardware and local services to build repeatable channel offerings.

System Integrator

Use WACS as a stable access core and integrate customer systems for faster delivery and clearer operations.

Application / Software / SaaS Provider

Add access capabilities via APIs and extend your product into more use cases and environments.

Device / Equipment Vendor

Connect devices with access events to enable higher-value integrations (status, triggers, alerts).

WACS Partner Program

Start with Provisional: early onboarding & support

Our partnership model is built to be deliverable, verifiable, and repeatable. We start with Provisional (first-project governance) to complete a PoC/first project, then scale collaboration based on delivery evidence and execution rhythm.

Who can join

Distributor / Reseller

Build regional/channel motion

System Integrator

Deliver integrated projects with clear governance

Application / SaaS Provider

Embed/integrate via APIs

Device / Equipment Vendor

Interoperability and solution adoption

How Provisional works

1.
Submit the form

Select role and interests (Core / API / Partner / Appliance)

2.
30-min alignment

Confirm scope, integrations, and success criteria

3.
Provisional plan

Define boundaries, responsibilities, acceptance evidence, timeline

4.
PoC / first delivery

Execute with templates and measurable evidence

5.
Review & scale

Turn results into repeatable playbooks and discuss next-step collaboration

What you get (role & qualification based)

Enablement & delivery kits

Architecture, checklists, acceptance evidence templates

Integration acceleration

Sandbox/NFR, office hours, review checkpoints

Listing opportunities

Integration profiles / WACS Compatible claim & listing

A clear path

First project → scale

What we expect (baseline for Provisional)

A defined scope

Doors/users/sites + integrated systems/devices

Delivery evidence for PoC/first project

For repeatable playbooks

Alignment on boundaries

WACS = access engine, workflows stay external

Provisional Incentives — Start Fast with WACS

Select what you want to accelerate. We’ll follow up with the right materials and next steps.

Distributor / Reseller
  • First-project incentive eligibility (1:1 after qualification)
  • First-deal governance kit (scope & acceptance evidence templates)
  • Sales enablement kit (info pack, demo pack, architecture visuals)
System Integrator
  • First-project incentive eligibility (1:1 after qualification)
  • SI delivery kit (integration checklist + acceptance evidence template)
  • Integration office hours (limited sessions to de-risk the first delivery)
Application / Software / SaaS
  • API sandbox / NFR access (time-limited)
  • Priority architecture checkpoint + recommended API call sequence
  • Integration profile listing (after a successful PoC)
Device / Equipment Vendor
  • Interop test pack (checklist + evidence template)
  • WACS Compatible claim & listing (versioned, revocable, not certification)
  • Optional showcase slot (subject to resources)

*Provisional incentives are limited-time, best-effort, and subject to qualification. “WACS Compatible” is a versioned compatibility claim mark and does not constitute certification or endorsement.
